To support your recruitment efforts for non-unionized positions, focusing on process optimization, team coaching, and minimizing the impact on HR staff, here’s a structured approach to streamline the process while ensuring quality results:
Responsibilities:

- Build and document standard recruitment workflows that can be reused for future bulk hiring. Include detailed steps on candidate assessment, decision-making, and communication to all stakeholders. All in an effort to streamline the hiring process.
- Introduce best practices for effective day-to-day recruiting processes, such as proper candidate communication, structured interviews, and using data for recruitment decisions.
- Avoid redundant efforts by creating shared resources and standardized processes that multiple departments can use, reducing the burden on HR staff.
- Develop Talent pools, maps, and recruiting strategies to support high volume recruiting.
- Utilize technology for tracking applicants and streamlining communication between the recruitment team and internal clients.
- Manage the expectations of internal clients by providing clear timelines, updates, and realistic outcomes.
- Provide mentorship, rather than direct management, to the recruitment team focusing on skill development and career growth.
- Ensure proper communication and smooth transitions between team members, minimizing process gaps.
