Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be the master of  their digital lead generation program and our inbound marketing platform. Your role is to plan, build, execute, and report on all aspects of our digital marketing strategy. You will drive the digital efforts regarding new customer acquisition and assist in the nurturing of leads. Strategize, execute, measure, analyze, optimize and repeat.

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop strategies for generating, nurturing and delivering qualified leads to the Sales team;
  • Assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our Google Adwords and social media strategy.
  • Ongoing keyword research, maintenance and optimization.
  • Design, test and execute progressive email nurturing campaigns with marketing automation tools, making data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor and adjust lead scoring, provide sales teams with actionable digital intelligence.
  • Update website pages and build new landing pages within HubSpot COS and perform A/B tests.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of education webinars in webinar platform, and coordinate with internal staff to create value focused presentation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of cross-sell upsell campaigns for customers include customer satisfaction surveys, quarterly newsletters and product webinars.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media strategy.
  • Create content for use by marketing and sales including (but not limited to) sales presentations and RFP templates, video scripts, blogs, whitepapers/ebooks, brochures, customer success stories and press releases.
  • Create and update graphic elements including email banners, remarketing ads, social media images, brochure graphics, and more.

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ability to deliver strong, measurable results;
  • 2+ years’ experience using advanced Marketing Automation tools as an Administrator
  • 2+ years of experience in administering campaigns & programs within Google Adwords, Google Display Network and Google Analytics including ability to measure and analyze campaign metrics;
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred
  • Experience marketing within the B2B software space preferred
  • Solid knowledge of the principles of marketing communications in a B2B environment;
  • Solid knowledge of new communication technologies and how they can be leveraged;
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills;
  • Forward-thinking, with an ability to anticipate and prepare for changing demands
