Our Client located near Subway line in Toronto is looking for a Contract Recruiter for a 6 to 12 Months Contract term to support different divisions. This spans across: Operations, Marketing, Finance, People Operations, Tech, and HR. You will be embedded into the organization as a trusted recruitment partner, responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process across a variety of hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand headcount plans, identify unmet hiring needs, and enable potential hiring solutions that optimize for speed and quality.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for internal and external roles across various levels, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, events), building a strong pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job postings, provide interview support, and guide them through best practices for recruiting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each department and role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Conduct detailed pre-screening interviews, assessing candidates for skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
Requirements :
- We are looking for 7 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition with exposure to full-cycle recruitment across various industries and role levels.
- Proven ability to build relationships and coach leaders on recruitment processes and best practices.
- Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and sound judgment.
